1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Daily Kanji, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. Your continued use of Daily Kanji constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with Daily Kanji, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized use of the service.
3. Subscriptions
Daily Kanji may offer subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual cycles) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation through your app store account settings.
4. Learning Progress
Daily Kanji tracks your learning progress, including kanji learned, quiz scores, review history, and streak data. This information is used to personalize your learning experience and provide features such as spaced repetition scheduling and progress analytics. Your learning data is associated with your account and may be deleted upon request.
5. Device Features & Widgets
Daily Kanji may offer widgets and other device-integrated features to enhance your learning experience. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and their availability and functionality may depend on your device's operating system, version, and settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of widget-based features.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Daily Kanji at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Limit of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Kanji and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the application.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of Daily Kanji after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
